May 26-28 observed the 12th China Satellite Navigation Conference held at Nanchang, Jiangxi. On the following day, BDS Application and Industrialization Forum kicked off. The forum involved a business leaders’dialogue where eight distinguished entrepreneurs in BDS application were invited to discuss on future BDS development upon the completion and launch of Beidou-3 Navigation Satellite System (BDS-3).

At this session, BDStar’s Chairman Zhou Ruxin briefed on the company's development history, business layout and determination of future industrial development. He defined the completion and launch of BDS-3 as a landmark event in China. Making allowance for the current international trade and economic situation and trending of intelligent industrial development, he anticipated a new golden decade for China’s satellite navigation industry and BDStar in the decade to come and noted the company’s full confidence on the future. In addition, Mr. Zhou also appealed for joint effort of BDS application nationwide, in a bid to establish a new powerful and more healthy industrial ecosystem.

It should be noted that Gao Jingbo, Deputy General Manager of TruePoint Technology, a subsidiary of BDStar, delivered a report themed Cloud+IC Empowering Intelligent Ecosystem. Incorporating such sections as industry & market, chip for spatiotemporal data, cloud for spatiotemporal data, and innovation-based future, she analyzed current and future GNSS market developments and specified the development history of GNSS chips,characteristics and virtues of the latest products concerned, as well as classification of relevant national/international enhancement services and pain points concerned. In the intelligent era, she noted, innovations are needed in not only technologies and applications but also models in line with industrial development. Cloud-based endpoint integration and open cooperation and integrative development in the industry chain upstream and downstream are unstoppable trends of the industry.
